Prices

All rates are quoted per person in CHF. Rates are inclusive of 8,1% VAT and service charges.

Booking Procedure

Booking will be confirmed on receipt of advance deposit only.

(1) Suisse Plus Travel requires a 10-50% advance deposit to hold the booking (amount varies depending on the tour).

(2) The remaining balance must reach Suisse Plus Travel 10 days before the tour departure date.

It is always better and more secure for a reservation to book early so we strongly advise you to book at least 4 weeks in advance.

Last-minute bookings: We will try our best to make last-minute bookings work. In such cases, please contact us on info@suisseplus.ch.

Payment conditions

Payment can be made by transfer to our bank accounts or PayPal (payment link: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/gavinostrebel). In the case of a bank transfer, please make sure that you select all bank service charges to be borne by the payer (sender). If you are using PayPal, you must add 10% to the invoiced amount as PayPal charges a service fee to the receiver.

Cancellation / No Show

In the case of cancellation by the customer Suisse Plus Travel must be informed in writing (email or letter). Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:

• Cancellation minimum 30 days before departure date: 10% of the total tour cost charged (90% refunded)
• Cancellation 30 days to 3 days before departure date: 50% of the total tour cost charged (50% refunded)
• Cancellation 2 days to 0 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost charged (0% refunded)

Please note that those charges are indicative. We will try our best to cancel the bookings already made for you and if possible, refund you a higher percentage than indicated above.

Visas

In case visas are required, Suisse Plus Travel would be delighted to help you organize the visas. Please note, however, that Suisse Plus Travel cannot be held responsible for information on visa regulations and is not responsible for cases where visas are not obtained or accepted by local authorities. It is the tour members’ responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas.

Insurance

Insurance is not included in the tour cost, but Suisse Plus Travel can assist you in insuring yourself comprehensively for the full duration of your tour. Passengers are strongly advised to have full travel insurance.

Itinerary changes

Please note that small changes to the itinerary may be necessary spontaneously during the trip due to weather conditions or long queues at certain sightseeing places.

Please always follow the instructions of your tour guide. If travelling in a group, we will agree on meeting points and times. If you fail to arrive on time at the destination agreed with your tour guide and miss your flight/train/bus you will have to pay yourself for transport tickets to follow the group later. If needed, you will also have to pay for transport tickets for the tour guide that might have to accompany you. However, we will try our best to book you a new connection for you at the lowest cost.

Accommodation

Our standard room allocation is a twin or double room. For budget tours and education tours, this might be changed to dorms. Single rooms can be arranged for a surcharge.

Liability

Suisse Plus Travel acts as an intermediary between transportation and airline companies, hotels, tourist offices and all contractors providing services for tourists. As such Suisse Plus Travel is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused to the said parties.

Programs and tour prices are based on the situation at the time of printing the tariff and could be subject to change due to local conditions. Participation in the tour program implies the client’s agreement with the above.
